Good morning all.

I am very new in this site.

Thank you all for nice forum.

I need help on Halifax master card CCA.

I applied for Halifax Visa card on April 2006.

After a year later Halifax sent me a Master card in June 2007 with new agreement,

I signed and sent them and activate the master card.

So far I am using Master card only.

in December 2009 I lost my job then the game start.

I ask them I can’t pay any money I owe and

I sent a CCA request to them.

In same time I ask them I want to use my Visa card

they said they closed that account in 2007.

I asked them I didn’t received any letter that My account was close.

After few days later they sent me CCA for VISA card not for Master card which one I asked for.

I know they lost the agreement.

they sent 3 DCA I CCA them all.

Now they sent New DCA Westcrap.

I asked for CCA again to them.

Halifax sent me again same old VISA card CCA.

My scanner is faulty.

I will try to scan the letter 2mrw.

Any help would be great.

Regards

MAC

You need to scan or photobucket a copy of the CCA they sent you. that way you will receive relevant advice if the CCA is unenforceable
