Hi angryandy

If you've got them put all the accounts numbers down to leave no doubt, that you want all the info. You only need to send £10 for all accounts with that bank.

Hi Andy,

For clarity it's best to list each account number. However if you're unsure of numbers, if you state you want ALL data they hold on you they should send everything.

Thanks guys. This is not for me but a friend. He's been sent an absolutely terrible cca where you can't read anything and terms and cons have been printed on the reverse.

He also has a loan with them and to be honest when he went the bank for help as he can't afford full repayments they just basically ushered him out of the door.

Would just like to see what they have and in what form.

Thanks again guys

Andy...

Despite all their claims, they won't help. I even gave my bank 2 months notice that I would be unable to afford payments due to impending income reduction. They wouldn't reduce them.

I was told they'd only look at a reduced payment plan after 3 months of missed payments.

I did that..and they defaulted me 3 weeks after missing the first payment
