Hi, just received a letter this morning from Cap1 saying my account is now cancelled and I owe them £648.

 

I sent in a CCA Request in May which was signed for but never received anything back from them.

I have not received any default notice from them either just this letter today.

 

Anyone have any idea of how I should respond.

Update, Now getting CFS on the phone to me regarding the above account.

Told them to put everything in writing and have an account in dispute letter ready to send.

 

Anyone offer any advice over the 1st letter canceling the account while CAP1 were in default of the CCA.
