Hello to all

I have an ongoing dispute Re: credit card debt with Nationwide I submitted a cca request but what i received was not enforcable as this was 1 a4 sheet of paper with a few t&c's and my signature a DN was also issued but did not give me the required time to reply. they then instructed Eversheds to collect on their behalf.

I received a CC Claim from them to which i defended following the advice given on this site.

The case was stayed until January 2010 i heard no more until today

Eversheds have now sent a reconstituted agreement and issued a new DN can anyone advise is this right?

If the last DN was faulty, did you accept their unlawful rescission? You would then only be liable to pay the arrears.

Can you scan and post up their new DN?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
