Help with a AOE please

Hello,

I hope someone can help with my problem.

I have a AOE which has been running for a long time for a child of mine

Normally about £300-£400 a month.Now in the last two months pay they have took all my wages of me

What is the best and fastest way of sorting this out

Thank you i have had a AOE for a child and have been paying between

£300-£400 per month for 2 years now.the child what this concerns is now 16

Last november my earnings went down a lot and i was only paying £100 per

month.Now last month my AOE took all the months wages off and has done the same this month.I will be getting in touch with my payroll tomorrow of cause.But was hoping for a bit of advice ie can they take this much money off in one month

Is this the CSA who are being paid via your wages? If so, then there is a protected earnings figure which the deduction can't take you below. You need to speak to your payroll manager - they should know they can't take all your wages.
