Then he turned up again yesterday and it had gone up to £398

she has never recieved court letters or reminders to pay. the ticket was issued in scarbrough

she is 33 weeks preagnant and is quite worried about all this and doesn't know what to do as she is 21 and only works 16 hours, the baliff told her to borrow money or use a visa

is there any thing she can do to get this sent back to the origanal amount

also he has levied on her brothers car which was on the road outside the house

she needs to advise the bailiff that the car is not hers and that the levy fee and all assosicted fees connected with this so called levy are instantly removed.

You will see in the "Sticky" section that I have started a post ablot a bailiff levying upon a car that is not owned by the debtor. I have provided a copy of a letter from the Local Government Ombudsman.
