Right I get you, the problem I have I have complained to the FOS about this and they have found nothing wrong.

Post : which part of the agreement you want to see? The first agreement or the re-write which was done 6 weeks later when I cancelled the insurances.

The apr is 16.93%.

They credited the two payments I made on the original agreement straight onto the new one.

This was another complaint I raised with the FOS, but the FOS said that Welcome had not done anything wrong, but my argument is the second agreement should be cheaper due to the two payments I have made.

so you have a loan of £9237 over 48 months at 16.93% apr

that gives

monthly payment £260.56

interest £3270.10

total payable £12,507.10

devide by 48 gives a monthly payment of £260.56

the apr is slightly out by 10 pence per month but

WOW

A WELCOME AGREEMENT THAT BALANCES

GOBSMACKED

The Problem You Have Is You Signed A Second Agreement

That Will Cancel Out The First One With All The Rights And Protections

If You Had Not Signed This Second Agreement, The Account Would Have Been Totally Unenforceable:x

You will also like this my latest statement:

Welcome have sent me out a statement and it doesn't make sense:

02-12-09 Disb Transfer - Debit £9536.00 - Balance £12805.90 (£299 more than on agreement)

02-12-08 Eerg Recov - Credit £299.00 - Balance £12805.90 (I might not have a maths degree but a credit of £299 the balance should go down by £299).

02-12-08 Payment from Transfer - Credit £287.92 - Balance £12517.98

02-12-08 Payment from Transfer - Credit £287.92 - Balance £12230.06

31-12-08 Payment - Credit £260.56 - Balance £11969.50

31-01-09 Payment - Credit £260.56 - Balance £11708.94

28-02-09 Payment - Credit £260.56 - Balance £11448.38

31-03-09 Payment - Credit £260.56 - Balance £11187.82

29-04-09 GARDX Refund - Credit £299 - Balance £10888.82

30-04-09 Payment - Credit £260.56 - Balance £10628.26

31-05-09 Payment - Credit £260.56 - Balance £10367.70

12-06-09 Misc Refund - Credit £299 - Balance £10068.70

30-06-09 Payment - £260.56 - Balance £9808.14

03-07-09 GARDX GWC - Debit £299 - Balance £10107.14

The FOS looked over this but didn't see Welcome have done nothing wrong! Even though I pointed out the Credit of £299 never changed the balance.
