My former employer has failed to pay holiday pay after I left the company on the 3-June.

I am owed 9 days holiday. I have written to them twice by e-mail. They have not responded. I also still waiting for my P,P and outstanding wage slips.

I am sending them a letter before action. Can I just give them 7 days notice or does it have to be 14?

Send it by Recorded delivery and give them 7 days from the date of receipt to either pay or explain why they think they shouldn't.

Any advice given is done so on the assumption that recipients will also take professional advice where appropriate.
