hi, I sold an item on ebay, the buyer sent a pic of the sticker that proves he had to pay £1.95 + £1 handling fee because when the item was delivered to him the stamps had fallen off. I paid £1.95 at the post office and have proof of postage to confirm this. can anyone advise on best way of claiming the money back from RM. thanks

Tske it to the PO you sent it from, with a PIC of the item and the sticker. These days they use labels and not stamps, and if it was stamps (in the plural) it would be unlikely all would 'fall off' at the same time, so you;re best discussing it with them and they'll suggest you next action.
