I paid for twenty four hour delivery abroad for some important documents that had to be delivered in 24 hours. I paid on-line and for home collection.

First of all they didn't turn up so I had to visit one of their depots to give them the parcel.

More then 24 hours later it still hasn't been delivered. In fact from their tracking system the parcel eventually maged to get to MHZ (Is this a RAF base?) and it apparently left the country.

But now, over 24 hours later it has arrived back at STN (Stanstead), so it hasn't left the country at all. What on earth is going on. I have telephoned them but they are unaware of where the parcel is. There solution is to wait. Wait for what, I paid to for 24 hour delivery! I have a job resting on this parcel and the contents needed to arrive in the chosen country fast!

But how is it that they do not know where it is, just the answer that it is in transit.

They really are a shower of idiots. The sooner this company disappears the better. They do not deserve to survive as they are grossly inadequate at what they are doing.

Who is in charge of this company I want to visit them to discuss what on earth they are up to!

Ok, i can see your frustration but venting on forums and flaming isnt going to help, so maybe I can.

What country, service and (if you care to provide) parcel number. If you wish to choose to flame me, for being in this shower of 'idiots' as you describe, I simply wont respond. I can help though.

It may be the case that the parcel has left the country. Tracking on some of the express services takes a while to update for certain countries.

hi ParcelForceInsider,

Maybe you can tell the ParceForce management directly of this problem.

I paid for GlobalExpress and I was guaranteed for 2 working days.I post it on 21/2/2011(evening) at PostOffice. They said it'll dispatch by tomorrow morning. However when I tracked, my two parcels were collected at 2.40pm. That was too late. Then the funniest thing is the tracking event details stated 'Not collected by addressee-return to sender'. Who is the clever person create this kind of statement?? The parcels not even dispatched and want to return to me again? I was puzzled and I google around, I saw this funny quotation and made many people worried about this phrase. Please rephrase that misleading sentence!!

Then the contact number is a machine setting and I have to Google again to find out the way to talk a human operator. She passed me to unreliable person(a guy). I asked him what's the meaning of returning to sender and why it's still in that place. He answered me to get my parcel again because it stated return to sender. I got angry and hang on the line. Not even apology to me for being delay for unnecessary.

BTW, I did enquiry the same question via email as provided on Parcelforce website but they seem to answer very slow! I have to reply again to mention my details even though I have told them my track numbers! In the email, they said " I have contacted our specialist International Customer Service Team and asked them to investigate your enquiry. They will contact you directly by telephone with their findings. " --> I waited for several hours today and bring my handphone everywhere including inside the toilet because I'm afraid that I'll miss their phone. But, they didn't call me!!

And after 2 days, tonight, the Parcelforce updated my tracking. The funny thing again, only one of my parcel have left the country based on that system.

23-02-2011 20:02 MHZ Left origin country

BUT, the second parcel still in UK with the Status In Progress: Despatched to Integrator.

What is MHZ and I'm suspicious if the updated information is correct or not? How come they can left the second parcel? I paid for faster service and not to be wait!! They are making money and has unreliable customer service.

Tomorrow will be the 3rd working days..What's the point having GlobalExpress and GlobalPriority when the ParcelForce can't handle a quick job??
