Not sure if posting in right place here but please move if I have.

I have a business rental agreement and it is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

The company concerned tell me they cannot provide a full statement of the account and their computer system doesn't allow for one to be printed as unsuitable system.

I am disputing amounts owed but need the full statement to see what they are charging me for. They hold the cards as can take my equipment back (or can they?)

Surely I am entitled to this information?

If not, why is it regulated under the above act which states I am entitled to full statements, or is this just another thing to trick small businesses into thinking they have some level of protection.

Any help/advice welcome please.
