Hi,

I have a normal current account and also a managed loan account held with HSBC, I have incurred alot of charges on both and am going to claim them back. Should I do them together or make two seperate claims?

Thanks

Personally, for the sake of clarity, I'd do them seperately. It'll make things easier, especially when/if you come to issueing a court claim.

Also, its best to keep claims under £5000 where possible, as they will then almost certainly be allocated to the small claims track.

Good luck with your claim!
