we have the keys now we got them bk the same day but only after him makin head way of gettin her to give time for us to try and get money shes goin to his work place at 3.30 expecting 336 pounds ive printed off that his van is excluded from levy and told him to give her nothing

Just had a fone call from my ex the bailiff has been on the fone to him saying they can take the car and van and thats she thought was agreement made she says shes coming with a police escort and thats shes had enough and passing t back to the office he stated that she shouldnt be ringing him as he was a witness to the assault she was not happy

does the van belong to him

does it have business insurance

there is no levy on this van she should not be threatening to remove it

if fact she should not be dealing with this account now an allegation of assault has been made against her

I sent a FORMAL COMPLAINT by e-mail this morning to yourself regarding the actions of bailiff Missxxx a copy of this e-mail was also sent rossendales

Please be advised that said bailiff has this morning phoned my ex partner MR and threatened to get a police escort to go to his place of work and remove his van

this van is not subject to walking possession agreement the van is in fact a tool of his trade as used for work

 

MR xxxx was a witness to the assault and has made a statement to the police

 

As rossendales have already been informed of the assault i an rather surprised that that miss xxxx is still holding this account

 

I feel the situation with missxxxx is now out of control under the circumstances i request this account is removed from her forthwith

 

send this to both the rossendales and the council

does he only use it for work

is it insured as a works van

does anyone else use it

only he uses it and its insured as the van uses for work

If the van is exclusively insured as a works van then it cannot be levied on as it is classes as a tool of the trade, tools inside of the van are excluded.
