I am currently taking my employer to an Employment Tribunal following my dismissal in September 2009. Obviously I am aware that a number of emails have been sent about my case where I used to work. I would like to request a copy of them as I feel that vital information could be contained that would support my case. How do I go about requesting this as I have no specific dates? Do I request them directly from my employer or do I write to there Solicitor?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
