I know i was foolish, but i was desperate and i took a loan out with Provi last Saturday 22nd. The lady said she was calling this saturday for the first payment. My question is: how much should the first payment be, 1 or 4 weeks. I intend to pay monthly as i have in the past but reading some of the post on this site got me thinking. Does anybody know. I have no prob paying it as it was an emergeny and i will repay it although it is an extorinate rate.

My collector came weekly, but that was a while ago now.

Every journey begins with a single step :):)

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

Good link. But still dosent answer my question. I have looked at the FAQ's but they are no help.

Yes sorry, I just saw that they mentioned weekly payments.

If you have the name and number of your areas collector, then they will be able to advise, they may say that they only collect weekly, but you can ask that they collect it every four weeks.

Sorry can't be much help in your situation as I wouldn't use such firms.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
