Hi

I would appreciate some help, I first complained to Yorkshire about charges in 2007, when the test case came about I put in complaint to FOS under hardship and recieved an offer of £1000 (my charges were over £5000) which I took as FOS stated no more would be awarded at that time, and that I could continue my complaint after the Test Case results. I received a couple of letters after this from Yorkshire stating that my complaint was being held and I would be contacted during and after the test case to keep me up to date, however since the test case I have heard nothing.

I am now worried that I cannot claim the rest as I took the offer with the FOS and because of the test case results, I am going to write to Yorkshire but could anyone help me with what I should now send to them?

Thanks
