I cannot believe the depth these Debt buying scumbags decend to.

I do believe Cabot will be getting a good roasting soon.

I will get the marshmellows this should be great.:D

Pumpytums

The devil is in the detail on these cases, each one is different and it is often the most obvious things we miss.

Hi and thanks to to everyone has helped so far on this case, particularly those that have been willing to assist with the witness statement.

I have taken some professional advice and realise that this has gone a bit too far down the line to continue as LIP.

Sooooooo, you will be happy to know that we most definatley are NOT giving up and have enlisted some professional help which I think I can safely say Cabot will not be happy about :-D

So again, thanks for all those with pens poised for the witness statement but I will not be needing any assistance ATM.

Watch this thread with interest as I keep you updated ;-)

I gather that the Meat Hooks in the Ceiling are now ready for the Cabot Donkey.

The knives are also very sharp and ready for the work ahead.

Let the Donkey Filleting begin...

:D

Those of a nervous disposition should look away.

Cheers,

BRW

  • 5 months later...

All,

I'm afraid I have not been updating the forum with my case and all the developments.

Since my last post, there has been plenty going on and it has all been in the very capable hands of Paul, who took this case on when we were close to giving up.

Today, after almost 2 years after our first court appearance as LiP, we had our final hearing, represented by counsel and...............

THE JUDGE FOUND IN OUR FAVOUR AND DISMISSED CABOTS CASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I will check back in and try to fill you all in on some of the details over the weekend once it has sunk in.

A massive thank you to Paul if he is reading this :-)

I am off to have a V. large glass of wine :-) :-) :-) :-)

you are very welcome,

A fantastic result and one which is very deserved, i am glad that justice was done today and the right judgment handed down.

Enjoy that glass of red, i am about to open the JD as that was the second result of the day :)

Excellent result, very well done to you for holding your nerve and for pt to taking on your case.

I agree very lucky to have pt take on this case. I am having a nightmare trying to get anyone even though I believe I have a 100% good chance.

Hi KLG,

Really great news.Hearty congrats.

It gives hope to us all and I hope that pt can give us some clues as your case seems to mirror a lot of what is happening to us with these scumbags at crapbot.

there really are no secrets, it was simply using the CPR and case authorities to win the case.

It is true sadly that you need a barrister to be able to win in the main, while the odd win will emerge every now and again, with Counsel in your corner and a firm who understand the CCA, you stand a much better chance of winning, thats the truth of the matter.

KLG

Congratulations

- firstly for not being bullied by either Cabot or the first daft judge!

- secondly for having the good sense to get PT to take this lot on for you.

Sadly they win all too often because there is no "equality of arms".

PT

Also congratulations to you too. How can we find out about your firm if we wanted to emulate KLG and let you fight our corner? Given you can't tout for business on here, would the (PB-alleged) "non-existent" recent Mold (v Egg) case provide sufficient contact details?
