Hi, I'm just after to apply for DRO. I'm currently Uni student finishing my second year in financial difficulties. I was wondering if my DRO will be approved if they can touch my loan from Student loan company which will comes in September. I'm using this money to pay my rent and so on

Hi

 

I think that Student Loans are excluded from debt relief orders, therefore you would either need to maintain payments if you are eraning £15K plus a year, or you would still have the loan if deferred x
