Hi All,

I desperately need some advice please, basically I have received a interim charging order from Christopher Pinnion & Co solicitors and they are working on behalf of Tessera Portfolio Management.

Been reading around the forum for abit today, for me in this instance, the debt is for £2.4k and is over 6 years old, is it too late to go down the statute barred route? Because the application will be heard on the 28th May this month where the judge will decide whether the charge created by the order should continue or be discharged. Shall I send a standard statute barred letter and hope for the best or is it too late for that?

I'll give you additional information if you require it for the full picture.

Thanks,

Mivec902
