We bought a pram on the 15th of April with a delivery within 7 days. It didnt turn up after 7 days so we called the company and they said that it was out of stock and that they would send a newer model at the same price.

 

We agreed and they stated it would be delivered on the 26th but again no sign of the pram.

 

Called their office to ask what the hold up was and they told me that they were having probs with a supplier, so i told them just to cancel the order as the baby is now here and we had to get one asap.

 

On their website they state that money would be taken from our card until the pram is despatched but on checking our bank today the money already has.

 

Going to phone them in the morning and looking for ammo as im mad.

 

Should have done a google search on their name before buying and lets say all the reviews are......................not so good:-(

If it is over £100 you should be able to recover the money from the Credit Card supplier .

 

Otherwsie I would send them one letter giving them 7 days to pay you or else you sue.

 

Don't bluff. Don't send the letter if you aren't prepared to follow through.

Don't hang around. Do it now or you will regret it.

 

They will try to make it dawdle on
