Strike that...

The last settlement offer was the 20th and expired on the 29th for out of court settlement.

Definition of irony: the Summary Judgement HFO hearing date is now my costs hearing date.

Shadow... the Data Protection Act claim will come much later I think. HFO have until the 8th to get back to me regarding the section 10 notice.

If they do not then I have a DPA claim already filled in on MCOL... just need to pay the fee and submit it. Can't say I have not been unreasonable then ;-)

This case you mentioned will certainly go some way to helping me attain the "correct" damages award.

After reading this thread it would be interesting to see who Barclaycard actualy sold my sisters account to.

You might be in for a surprise!

I won't be; I doubt any contractual relationship exists between HFO Services/HFO Capital and Barclaycard to be honest. I haven't seen one in the 4 cases I am aware of on this forum.

More than willing to be proved wrong of course!

Back to the task at hand... the witness statement for the costs hearing has been handed in.

What do we think HFO/TR will do on the day? Turn up? Send another representative like the last time? Would cost them more I would imagine?

I really hope they do turn up to be honest... can't wait to speak to them face to face. That said, London is a far trek from Wimbledon... or India... or wherever they call home these days.

US President Barack Obama referred to Ugland House as the biggest building in the world or the biggest tax SCA* in the world.
