Hi all,

could someone point me in the right direction for the statue barred letter for Scotland.

I have started receiving calls from capquest even though I have wrote to them telling them all communication must be in writing and not to call, I have refused to answer any security questions and told them to stop calling me.

The debt in question hasn't been acknowledged or paid since feb 2005 therefore is statue barred and would like to tell them to put it in their pipe and smoke it.

Thanks in advance

Just make sure you send it recorded delivery as apparently DCA's have dreadful problems with mail and usually only 'receive' letters if you send them recorded delivery - or if you stick money in them of course ;)

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?

BEWARE OF CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OFFERING TO WRITE OFF YOUR DEBTS.
