............. Thanks to Nationwide.

Hello

Could someone help me please with the following.

I asked a company to setup a direct debit after a certain date about 2 months ago. Anyways they messed it up and tried to take the money before payday - it wasnt in there and twice Nationwide charge me £30. Last month they charge me ANOTHER £30 for the unpaid direct debit (I did phone them at this point and told them they were crooks and it was wrong to charge £90 for unpaid DD and all she could say was it in your t & Cs. I check my account a yesterday and i have been charged £20 for unauthorised overdraft of course I am ********* fuming. I will be hitting the roof if they charge me next month for unauthorised overdraft.

So could anyone tell me if there is any chance I could claim this back. They have already refunded me on one £30 bank charge thanks to a paypal cockup.

Any help on this would be gratefully appreciated.
