Dear All.

December 4, 2005 my beloved daughter Annie from Sweden was found dead in Prestwick, Scotland. Ever since that day our family has tried to find out what happened to her, and due to the very strange circumstances that has come to light, we believe that Annie was the victim of a crime.

However the Strathclyde Police refuses to investigate Annie’s death as being the result of a crime. During this time we have also got to know of many other families treated in the same way by the Police. I now have handed in a petition to make a change for all of us.

This year a new unit has been created by Crown Office to look into current and future sudden and unexplained deaths. I therefore in my petition ask that the new unit shall also investigate past cases like my daughter’s and other’s.

Therefore to help all our families to get the answers about our loved ones, please sign the petition "Investigation of deaths in suspicious circumstances"! Signatures from all countries are welcome. Please use the link; http://epetitions.scottish.parliament.uk/view_petition.asp?PetitionID=373

Thank you for your compassion and help! Guje Borgesson, Annie’s mother.

Signed. If there's anything else that I can do then please say, the "police" in this country have little faith from the general public and are ridiculed by the criminals, and although nothing compares to your tragedy, myself and many others have experienced the complacency and refusal to do anything by the UK police. Sometimes when I've even handed them all the evidence they could need, they couldn't even be bothered to report the incident, because they don't want it to affect their crime statistics. If we can do anything to reform the gestapo, we will.

Dear Everyone.

Once again, thank you for the great support and so very kind comments from you at this forum!

Today I am happy to announce that the petition has reached more than 2500 signatures from 52 countries, much more than I could ever dream of! In the middle of my grief it still feels so good to know that there are so many people caring about my daughter’s case and about justice.

The world gets so much smaller when people can travel all over, for pleasure, studies or work, and we all need to know that when the worst thing off all happens - a loved one dies - we have to be able to count on that it is thoroughly investigated to establish what happened.

To Madsam and everyone that feel like it, I would be very pleased if you could please copy my plea for signatures and the petition link and send by E-mail to all your friends and other contacts, that would be a great help! Maybe we can even achieve 3000 signatures before the closing date 4 June!

Thank you all for your support, please take care, Guje,

Annie’s mother.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION FOR ANNIE AND COLIN!

Please visit the Scottish parliament web site to sign the petition, name of the pettion; PE01501: Public inquiries into self-inflicted and accidental deaths following suspicious death investigations. Closing date 12 december 2013.

Dec 4 2005 Swedish Annie Borjesson 30, was found dead on the shore in Prestwick, Scotland. Although eight years have passed our family is no closer to the truth about what happened to Annie. Even though Annie was found at Prestwick bay where there are just salt seawater Annie had nothing else but fresh water in her bone marrow. Annie also had injuries to her body and her waist-long hair had been hacked off. This and other strange circumstances surrounding her death raise questions that are still unanswered.

July 10 2007 Scottish Colin Marr 23, was killed by a single stab wound into his chest in Fife, Scotland, where he lived. An eye-witness said Colin stabbed himself before he pulled the knife from his chest and died. The eye-witness was never questioned as a possible suspect. Instead the Police claimed Colin had killed himself with a self-inflicted stab wound through sternum, which autopists claims would have been impossible. Colin’s family still need answers about Colin’s death.

Please share this information with everyone you know! People from all over the world are welcome to sign!

Thank you for your support! Sincerely, Guje, Annie´s mother.
