My deferment is on record with their portal. I’ve received no reply. I have a chain of evidence. Any payment ( if indeed it is taken….it hasn’t been yet) will be unlawful. As I’ve said they’ve taken no money and although they’ve detailed arrears the next contractual amount to be taken on 10/06 is still currently 0.0 pounds. I’m guessing delays are causing some bottleneck with paper work. As I understand it you are obliged to provide DD details? Mine have not changed since original loan. I’m not going to cancel DD at this point. I’ll prove the error is theirs. Easy in my case, with a robust volume of evidence. As I said will not muddy waters at this point until I’ve heard back vis a vis deferment. They’re not going to nullify my 25 year write off. But thanks again for your input.

Hi Just need to find out information, non married couple separated with joint mortgage, I've been told I have to buy my ex partner out or she will buy me out, I can't afford to do this and I do not want to sell, she also put a larger deposit down if this counts? We both still live there and neither of us has left the property and still live there! Could I get as much help and information as possible please! I have read non of us have a legal obligation to leave or sell the house! Thank you -
I take it from your post that you have already submitted your statement ? If so I would prepare a separate skeleton argument for the hearing date for your own personal use (not to file or serve) to refer to concentrating on deferment /last acknowledgment date...The default Notice and date issued the assignment date and a section on cause of action. They are the main points that are pivotal to the claimants statement/argument....the rest of the points in their statement and in yours to a degree are really semantics in the main scheme of the claim. .
