Just received a lovely letter from Ms Swallows, saying that they cannot find the original credit agreement and they have closed their file.

 

I'm going to miss the letters, I thought me and Ms Swallows had a connection.

I would be very shocked if the 'CCA' you got from the Leeds losers was in any way an enforceable CCA. Can you paste up what they sent you and we will tell you if iots legit or not. Capital One do not do properly executed CCAs
