Can anyone give me advice please some payday loans have my debit card details Shall I phone the bank and class it stolen ? or ask it to be stopped ?:-x

 

so than no-one can then take out of my bank without my saying so ?

 

 

also has anyone a e-mail address for Wonga which they answer too !!!!!!!!!:x

Hi

You need to contact the bank and just simply say you have lost your card and can they send you a new one-this will stop them using the card. Be careful though if they have your bank details they may try to set up a standing order so keep checking. I'd ask your bank not to accept any direct debits from that company.Regarding the e mails-carry on sending them but back them up with postal copies send recorded delivery-that way they they can't dispute they've received them.

Surely standing orders can only be set up (or changed) by the account owner, this is where they differ from direct debits.

Just a update ...

 

I have been e-mailing all day the same e-mail to every address of Wonga ! from "the Team" up to the top man !!!

 

I received a e-mail from himself this evening saying I will hear from them after the holiday period as they are are not fully staffed because of this !!! and he is willing to help sort this mess out !!!!!!!!!!
