Hi, My wages haven't been paid this month after a return from maternity leave, My maternity leave ended in January however I have taken some unpaid parental leave and remaining annual leave over Jan/Feb and the beginning of March, How ever I returned to work on the 15th March, i'm salaried, My annual leave has been paid no problem over the last few months However when I phone this morning to ask why I had only been paid 1 weeks wages (weeks annual leave 8th march) they said My manager hadn't filled in a form to say the date I was returning from maternity leave so as far as they were aware I was still on Maternity leave, And they can't do anything till they get the form saying my mat leave return date, however my manager is Away this week, And when I phoned my office And spoke to head of Admin she said No one else can sign the form, But surely this should have been done Months ago when i wrote in October 09 with my return date?

Where do I stand on getting my wages ? Any help would be great :) thanks
