If I send a SAR to a bank [who were the original lenders on 2 debts which have resulted in 2 CCJ's] will that info include credit agreements too? Despite the 2 debts relating to the 2 credit agreements having been sold on?

Also, does the bank have to provide everything or only going back a set number of years?

I expect this has been asked before but I couldn't find where - thanks guys ;)

Pretty much, anything they have with your name on, they have to send you, so this will be ALL of your bank statements, any letters they sent to you etc

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Cool, thanks :) would a request JUST for the CCA mean they'd have less time - than the 40 days for a sar - to respond tho?

I think they'll need a suitcase to post it all in lol

A CCA reqest will give them 14 days to respond, if they ever do! A SAR 40 days to respond yes..

Thanks, I thought there might be a difference in the time they get to respond. Very useful to know! Armed with that knowledge, I'm going to start a new thread that's related to this question. I'll add the link once I've started it ;)

no CCJ on this - no court action either

A CCA for the Agreements will have no bearing if a CCJ has already been obtained, this will over-ride an unenforceable Agreement.
