Allied finally provided a copy of the agreement for wifes credit card. Thing is it looks odd to me. this is what it says:

lloyds tsb classic credit card acceptance form and agreement.

wifes details

additional benefits

sign here for your card

credit agreement regulated by cca 1974

don't forget to take advantage of special transfer rates

wifes typed name.

bank sortcode agent id typed.

on a 2nd sheet of paper are the card conditions.

1 main financial paticulars

credit limit (see also5) -there is no 5

charges see 5&9 - ther is no 5 or 9

your payments

see7 -no 7

variations see 11 - there is no 11

there is no credit limit or proper signature from the bank, so is this enforceable or is it an application form? any help very much appreciated, thanks.

What was the approx. date this card was taken out, as that would help us a bit with the possibilities.

Do you think this is the 'actual' Agreement your wife might have signed or is this a 'what it would have looked like' type thing.

If you have a scanner, we can help you with instructions to upload so that we might help you better.
