CCA now been supplied - what next?

Hello, some time after being told it didn't exist, the Leeds Losers DCA have sent me a copy of my CCA

 

On the face of it, it looks like they've got me - it's got my signature - their signature, the amount, interest rate etc - feel free to look through the attached file - it's all there.

 

The only thing that seems to be 'out' on this, is that the terms & conditions pages have had some bits blanked out on them - nope, that wasn't me. Looks like these were someone elses T's&C's - are they still acceptable (with regards to enforceability)

 

Assuming they've got everything they need, what should my next step be?

I expect I'll have to try and arrange a re-payment with them, but can not afford much - my disposable income (after petrol, but before food!) is only 200/300 per month - which has to go between myself, girlfriend and our baby. If you make a 'reasonable' offer, do they have to accept it? If so, what is deemed reasonable?

 

When negotiating re-payment, I know they'll often accept a lower immediate 'full' payment - will they accept a lower amount but on a monthly basis? For example, 50 p/m x 4 years = £2400 which is about 1/3 of the balance - but still higher than what they paid I expect. I just don't want this dragging on for years and years - not when it would be SB in 2/3 years anyway!

Just another side-point, their letter gives me 21 days to respond - from the 18th Feb - but it only arrived a few days ago, as they do not seem to know my postcode (I have provided it to them in my letters to them).

if you only have 2 to 3 hundred a month for food you can't afford to pay them anything, offer a token £1 a month, then set up a standing order to pay it to egg every month.

 

That said the scan looks a little small. It would not be possible to read it as it was sent to you so they need to send a legible/full size copy. provided egg have written to you saying deal with Lowell Tell them you will only discuss when you have sight of full size copy. I mean if they have the original it would not be hard to rescan it full size.

 

I'm having similar problems with egg and their minions.
