Hello all, i just recived a parking charge notice from parking eye saying i was parked in there for longer than 2 hours.

 

anyway i herd that you can get away with it....

 

Its PCN and they want me to pay 40 pound

 

what do i do? should i pay it or send a appeal?:mad:

There's no appeal that only applies to regulated parking which this is not

 

Where you shopping in Morrisons throughout the 2 hours & do you have the timed sale receipt ................ or tell 'em you ain't paying

Ignore everything - Parking Eye are not in the business of doing court as they know the outcome will cost them money as they are in a no win situation

 

It relies on the punters ignorance as do most scams
