I am slighty confused by all this, but reading more, i am hoping i can claim back the money the bank (HSBC) have charged me for being overdrawn, putting this futher in to dept, and they have not followed the code of conduct from the banks of helping us rather than adding more debt on our shoulders.................am i correct in this, or in pie sky?

can i write to the bank and ask them for a list of all charges as i am not sure (long story) what we have been charged for ie there could be unpaid chq charges.
