i bought a new cooker in December last year but it had no knobs but was told they where on order and would take 2 weeks. Finally at end of july i went to store and got my money back but was dissappointed that i didnt get all the extra care money back. Useless!!!

you have a statutory time period to cancel the insurance anyway...
