  What or where is the provident forum ? The creditor was for Vanquish and yes I have moved but I don't think I told them ? Why does that matter ? Thank you

  Latest update The officer dealing with my complaint has obtained some CCTV which he will review. And the PCSO is currently on leave for 2 weeks but will be interviewed when they return. Please if anyone knows how I can take TFL to Court please post.

I have applied requested copies of CCA from two debt collectors Ruthbridge and Lowell what should I do if they dont supplyrequested infofor the cca in the required time both have exceeded 12 days and Ruthbridge are close to 12 + 30 days.

If they don't supply the CCA within the 12 working days send them this; http://www.consumerforums.com/resources/templates-library/86-debt-collectors/571-failiure-to-provide-a-copy-of-the-agreement-within-the-prescribed-timescale

The part of the Act where they commit an offence after 30 days has been removed, they only have 12 working days from receipt of your request.
