Send the Kilmarnock Cowboys a CCA request

Never speak to them on the phone and pay them nothing unless they supply an enforceable credit agreement.

Ignore anything they tell you it will not happen

They are out the lower end of the collection market and speak a load of s**t in order to make you pay.

Don't fall for their lies

  • 2 weeks later...

You need to post it up removing all personal details is it a threat or a official court paper If you cant post it just copy type it up if they are mentioning bailiffs this early it sounds like a threat, for bailiffs to visit you must have a CCJ awarded then you must default on that judgement

I have no legal training, any knowledge I have has come from this forum, and my own experiences. Always balance up any advice you get with your own common sense.
