Hello hope someone can help.

I was previously advised by several people on here to simply ignore all correspondance & letters etc from excel. In recent times I have now had letters from both debt collectors and recently one from Graham White solicitors.Should I ignore this one too or do you think they will actually take me to County court as it says is possible in my latest letter, stating NOTICE OF INTENDED LEGAL ACTION ?

Many thanks for any replies.

Don't worry about them; I've several from him, some going back 18 months or so, and I've never been to court yet!

It's called "All mouth and trousers" round here - or something less complementary than that!

Graham White aka Michael Sorbell.

Even when told that I will not pay them a penny and they must take me to court they refuse to do so
