money shop have charge me £100 by taking the money from my debit card details and then cashed a cheque for £100 also!

 

never ever use this lot!!!!!!!!

 

the poor pay the most in this society , always have and thanks to govt not giving fsa any teeth they always wil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, this is them taking the returned cheque value, I didnt realise that but also more importantly didnt realise that they could use DD card numbers without you being on phone, means details are saved by company.

I would imagine them keeping details is hidden somewhere in their terms and conditions

 

They can only use those card details if they have a "financial interest" ie the loan is outstanding. If they bank the cheque and THEN use the card details then you would be within your rights to process a charge back through your bank. That can take some time so going into the store you got the loan from to resolve it would be the fastest course of action.
