Ok scanned the agreement they only sent me two pages which are listed below, could someone have a look and see if there are any problems with agreement that would make it unenforceable please?

I AGREE ON THE AMOUNT OF LOAN £3894.25 (K)

LETS BREAK THIS DOWN

amount of loan (a) plus (b) £2800

medicare © £200

ppi (h) £819.25

acceptance fee (j) £75

these figures are based on 36 months at 32.5 % apr

loan (a) and (b) interest payable £1395.25

monthly payment £116.53

total payable £4195.29

medicare © 1nterest on £200 £99.66

monthly payment £8.32

total payable £299,66

ppi (h) £819.25, interest will be £408.24

monthly payment £34.09

total payable £1227.49

so we add up all the interest payments

1/ loan £1395.25

2/ medicare £99,66

3/ppi £408.24 TOTAL £1903.15

so to that we add

1/ amount of loan (a) and (b) £2800

2/ medicare © 200

3/ ppi (h) £819.25

4/ acceptance fee (j) £75 TOTAL £3894.25

£3894.25 PLUS £1903.15 GIVES

TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE £5797.4

MONTHLY REPAYMENT OF £161.03

DO YOU HAVE A STATEMENT OF PRICE

THATS A BAD AGREEMENT

thanks guys, postggi i'm probably being a little thick but i'm a little confused to what i can actually challenge though? you said they had made an almighty clanger what was that? could you list in simple bullet points for me areas i can challenge. I'm assuming that because they didn't add the acceptance fee onto the total amount of credit and because they didn't give me a total payable figure? is that right or is there anything else? sorry if i'm being thick!
