Hi, it's my first time posting in here. I don't know what to do about this, hope someone can clarify the situation...

As I need to have my project double side printed and binded as a book for my BA (hons) course, I gave a pdf file to the printer... and they printed it out but I realised there's a huge mistake... an extra blank page had been inserted midway of the book causing the rest of other pages to go out of sych... the mistake is from the original file that i gave to the printer, but seeing it costs £110 plus VAT to have it printed and binded! It costs a fortune as I am a poor student! What can I do? I can't hand in that book in that state to the uni as I will lose marks! Can I insist the printers to reprint it for no extra cost?

Unfortunately if its your mistake due to the file there is nothing you can expect the printers to do. You might be able to talk them into a discount but they are not obligated to do anything if its not there fault. Sorry :(
