Hi,

I used to have a capital one Credit card, I recently got a remortgage partly to clear them in full and close the account as their charges were crippling me. Can I still claim back my last few years of charges from them even though the accout is closed. And if so does anyone know where to send the initial data request letter?

Cheers.
