My brother from another mother ITBG? (a.k.a IAMTHEWHISTLEBLOWER) just can't help himself and has posted the following @ least a dozen times man

 

 

2. SPML/PML- NO 08 & 09 accounts/2007 accounts not-compliant with s.503 Companies Act 2006.(1985 CA repealed in full).

 

Time to rewind and flip reverse it:eek:

 

2007 No no no no no.. Companies Act 2006 is the wrong act cuz

2008 They be four months late and still not the Companies Act 2006 cuz

2009 Not late at all bro

I wanted to emphasis the point that ITBG? has posted the following 21 times

It was wrong the first time he posted it and it was still wrong the twenty-first time he posted it.

 

Thought people should know the truth

(The 1985 Act applies for financial years beginning before 6 April 2008, the 2006 Act for later financial years).

 

2007 & 2008 accounts need to be compliant with Companies Act 1985 not as repeated 21 times the Companies Act 2006

 

The 2008 account are 5 months late and the 2009 accounts are not even due yet

Private companies have 9 months and public companies 6 months to submit their accounts to Companies House after the end of each accounting reference period
