I did post a link but it has been removed, but I'll have another try as I don't see why I cannot post a link that will help a fellow forum member in need of help. try this site as I know they have an expert that deals with inheritence and other law type things. uawea.co.uk just paste that into the address bar! Hope you have luck with that mate. Noone else have bothered to help.

Hi Rabet

 

After the death of an individual, the estate is dealt with by Personal Representatives. If there is a valid will they are called Executors, if there is no valid will they are called Administrators. Since your estranged uncle was the Executor of the will he is responsible for the distribution of the estate as laid out in the will. Do you have the details of any solicitors used in the handling of the will?
