I've never had anything to do with Wonga. I don't have an account.

I'd never even heard of them until they emptied my bank account for me using my debit card details, which I have no idea how they've got hold of.

Then, 5 days later, I recieve a welcome to Wonga letter stating that I've borrowed money for a 19 day loan.

Which, funnily enough I knew nothing about.

I contacted my bank, to report fraudulent use of my card.

They have now sent a letter saying that it isn't fraudulent because I gave my details for use, which I did not! The bank will not look any further into it and say my dispute is with Wonga.

I have e-mailed them twice, left messages on their answerphone and used their on-site contact system to try and get in touch with them.Still no reply!

So thanks Wonga, I now have an empty bank account and a loan!

Any advice?
