Hi everyone,

Sent a CCA request to Link financial and got a reply from them requesting 30 days to obtain the documents from GE money lending Ltd whom they say they bought the debt from.

This account was finance from first national for double glazing which i had fitted and ended up in dispute .

Do i have to allow them the 30 days ?

hi all,

Can anybody please tell me if this is an unenforceable agreement or not.

I have just noticed a Protected Payment Premium of £650.48 on there which I never requested or knew anything about until I requested the CCA.

If the agreement is enforceable will I be able to get the PPP written off of the debt.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Sorry I can't give a personal opinion of whether or not your agreement is enforceable, but it may be well worth looking at this sticky by pt2537, one of CAGs highly respected experts, which is about agreements that contain PPI and should therefore be multi-part agreements.

I'm no expert on this, but yours does not appear to have been set out as a multi-part agreement, so there may be a good possibility of it being unenforceable on that basis.
