I've just started investigating wether or not i'm entitled to claim anything my biggest problem is i've had that many loans over the years i cant remember which ones i was sold the insurance on.i've sent off for credit reports off experian and equifax and this has been helpful but it hasn't got account numbers or if i had insurance.will the banks be forthcoming with the details if i ring them or should i write.i still hold accounts with these banks they wont get funny and start asking for all their money back on the loan i currently have or anything will they. just to check also can i claim on mortgage protection that i took out with halifax. i have my mortgage with them and thought it was compulsory till about 18 months ago.:confused::confused::confused:
