BT Can't charge for a contract that has yet to come into existence.

You have (BT's wording) "up until 4pm the day before to cancel"

Thanks

Hi,

I will advise you to get a contact name and put something in writing so you have a paper trail, send it to them by registered post and just await their reply.

Sometimes these things have a way of getting out of hand where they will try and get debt agencies involved for none payment. Also cancel you DD if you have set one up.

note I am not an expert but that is what i would do in your shoes.
