The CCA request goees to who even is demandind payment now, ie Moorcroft. cost a £1

The SAR goes to the original creditor Lloyds cost £10

However a CCA request would serve no useful purpose if this debt is for an overdraft. If it is a debt incured from a loan or a credit card then yes sent the CCA request

.Sorry another question

Do I have to do a CCa per account ?

I am almost certain the you have to do a seperate CCA request for each loan, C/card acc.

But the SAR if think is for all infomation that bank hold about you, so covers all the acc's/

Not 100% certain on that one.

remember not to sign the CCA requests, just print your name, never send a DCA your real signiture.

You will have to sign the SAR as the bank will more then likely refuse to release the infomation without it

You can use the signguard from this site which costs £4.00 to protect your signature from being 'lifted'

Have received the 14 day countdown from Credit Security Ltd re lloyds overdraft and going to Aylesbury Conty Court.

I sent a SAR reqest with my 10squid to Lloyds last July, took letter into branch and had it signed for but never received anything from Lloyds except a letter stating that they were sorry that I was unhappy. BTW was claiming under Hardship which they said I couldn't be as had not used Bank Account.

Which letter do I need to send please ?

Its a threatogram saying that if I do not make a contact and get pay or put a plan in place by 15th of month at noon they will issue proceedings.

I haven't CCA'd them because I didn't know you could with an overdraft bt I will do now.

I did send for SAR last july but have never received it.

CCA request does not in fact cover overdrafts.

I did send for Subject Access Requestlink8.gif last july but have never received it.

I is in dispute however as Lloyds have not responded to you SAR. Send the account in dispute on that basis.

The - unless you pay within 14 days or by such and such date is a standard scare tactic by these people

Hi,

As far as I know a telephone call does not count as acknowledgement, regarding a Statute Barred debt.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

..

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites [http://docupub.com/pdfconvert/]

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy

.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

Dear

Three easy steps to clearing your debt

Your unpaid debt could be affecting your credit rating, making it more difficult for you to obtain credit. The debt isn't going to go away and legal action could be taken against you if you do not make arrangements to re-pay the debt.

Get peace of mind, knowing you're taking care of your obligations, by following these three easy steps:

One. Decide how much you can afford to pay each month. If you can pay the balance in full your credit file will be updated to show the debt has been settled and no longer exists.

Two. Either call us on 0113 308 6085 to discuss your payment options - we won't ask you to pay more than you can afford, so don't worry - or, if you'd prefer go to

www.Lowell.co.uk and either pay off the balance with your debit card or set up an affordable monthly Direct Debit. (You can set up a Direct Debit securely by following this link)

Three. Just ensure that there is enough money in your bank account each month to pay the Direct Debit when your payment is due. Simple.

We won't add any interest to your account whilst you are repaying it.

Take the worry out of your debts, just call us on 0113 308 6085 we'll always find a solution for you.

Yours sincerely,

James Crabtree
