Despite my previous threads im still stuck in the payday loan trap,i just cannot deal with it,i was going to default in novembver with payday express and payday uk but didnt have the bottle,im a weak and stupid individual,i stupidly set up an arrangement with red casatle collections for a wonga account at £91 for next 6 months,i paid last month but cacelled direct debit as couldnt afford this month, today they have phoned me asking me to call them so still at square one,on top of this im 4 months arrears with capital one they phone every day but i dont speak to them,i filled in i&e and made an arrangement for £50 but they havnt accepted it and not heard from them aart from the calls,im totally at my wits end the pressure is getting too too much and im not looking forward to 2010.

I was frightened of defaulting with pduk and pdexpress in case tey start phoning me at work,i would be in so much trouble if they did this a we cannot have phone calls at work, they can ring my mobile as much as they want,i dont have to answer that and pretty sure they dont have my home number,im so sorry for being a nuicance,i cannot sleep and suffering from awful panic attacks ive had these loans for 2 years niow, they ve had enough money out of me but not brave enough to deal with it,thanks all for listening, just wanted to get it off my chest xx

ime going to be blunt

SNAP OUT OF IT

once i had eight payday loans on the go, i was in your position and i got out of it by not taking no for an answer

send each one of your creditors this by recorded delivery

http://www.consumerforums.com/resources/templates-library/52-harassment/135--harassment-by-telephone-response-letter-

i want you to sit down and work out an income and expenditure sheet

things like cap 1, pay the minimum amount if you can

talk to cap 1, you dont want a default, agree a repayment ,say an extr 20 quid a month ontop of your minimum payment

pay day loans can wait

say your disposable income is 100 per month

offer 50 % between the lot of them

that will be 10 quid times 5 payday companies per month

get the idea

i want you to list all your creditors, do it now, and ill do a template for you to send to each one of them

lets get your life back on track

chin up

do this and its the begining of the end

if i did it

so can you

hi there

please stop panicking and get strong. work out all your incomings and outgoings without including debts. then work out an affordable amount to pay each one. send them your plans and offer them what you can afford. alternatively get a debt management plan - ive done both. still struggling with wonga and qq to agree to a plan - worried like you/

BUT payday express were fine with plan after getting my income and expenditure- 600 at 50 per month and payday uk ;)passed to keyes whitlock who were ok and took 70 a month for 620 debt.

try not to worry -some are ok and you need to judge who to email and who to phone. ;) we can get through just bite the bullet- change you account and pick them off one by one.

sorry to jump in again post

you need to "ringfence" your wages from these guys, preferably set up new bank account for your wages.

cancell d/d to stop charges from your bank for non payment

Lose debit card

3 important steps IMO

set up repayment with wonga 51 per month via standing order after making a40 payment this way=owed600 stopped interest and set plan up on website they say not received payment in dec and now defaulted back to full amount plus interest- bank stmt shows money sent- have emailed this info- have you heard of them pulling plug before?

qq-set up 3 payments via paypal- can,t pay this month but they won't do anything till payment plan failed which would be end feb- will try to pay ja and feb - any idea if they will send to dca before then-worried about mackenzie hall. cheers

Certainly no more than £300 & would suggest that all monies are paid to creditors on a monthly rather than 4-weekly basis.

Are you certain that you have £414 left each month on an income of £700? Have you included ALL expenditure other than these debts ie. insurances, TV licence, etc

You might find this useful to ensure you have covered everything.

National Debtline England & Wales | Personal Budget Sheet

Only when you have covered everything else can you then decide how much you can afford to be paying towards the debts. BTW - you are allowed a nominal amount towards haircuts, holidays etc no matter what creditors believe!!

You may be in debt but you don't need to give them your self-respect as well as your money.
