I think the point the Inspector was making, was that they can charge what theyb want, but they have to hold themselves accountable,

 

I think we all have a view of what the Police think - possibly not just Essex. There needs to be more training/awareness of what any Enforcement Officer can do.

 

Like I have said before, I personaly believe Sherforce do over charge, massively! but this point is quite often missed because other posters would just like to find arguements to bicker about

 

Think most will agree with this and not just Sherforce. They clearly go fo enforcement even though it appears plain that the alleged debtor either knew nothing or was not responsible for the debt in the first place. There are many posts here where Set Aside has been obtained and a lot of grief could be saved if Set ASide application also acted as a Stay of Execution.
